Every feature in the Mythic Fire catalogue grows out of a years-long conversation with our in-house Mythological Research Council. The three films below represent our completed cycles so far — each one screened internationally, each one scored with the Prague FILMharmonic or the London Cinematic Orchestra.

The Pyre of Arawn

A Welsh cartographer inherits her dead sister's letters and follows them into the Cambrian Mountains, where the lord of Annwn waits for the living to bring him a name. Our third feature — and the film that opened the festival circuit for us across Europe and Latin America.

The Salt of Theras

On a fictional Greek island where the old sea-gods are still believed to take tithe, a young sponge-diver returns home to bury his father and finds the village elders preparing a sacrifice the new republic has forbidden. Our second feature and our first co-production with the London Cinematic Orchestra.

Cernunnos, Quietly

Our debut feature. After a wildfire strips the alpine forest above her village, a twelve-year-old goatherd begins hearing a horn at dusk that no adult can confirm. A patient, slow-cinema telling of the Gaulish horned god retold as a children's ghost story. The film that put the studio on the map.
